16 Years Age, Small Brown Sores On Penis And Testicles. What Could Be This?

Yes. I am 16 years of age and have noticed small brown sores on my penis and testicles. I have done a lot of research on this, but have not found anything involving an STD. They do not itch and are very small. I have had the HPV vaccines and Everything. I am very confused and worried. I just need some advice from a medical professional

Hi, they appears to be the herpes infection, still it is difficult to diagnise with out looking at the lesion.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.If it is viral infection you may need to have anti viral drugs. Thank you.
