17 Year Old With Pus Filled Scab On The Breast. Have Bleeding On Touching. Should Be Worried?

I have like a hole on my left breast off to the left side about 2 inches from the nipple . It s red and puss comes out of it, and SOMETIMES it sings when i touch it, but I don t want to touch it, but it keeps scabbing over but its very thin layer, so when i even rub against the layer it comes off and starts pussing. A little blood too was on my bra in my sleep. Should i be worried? Im only 17.

With the redness, inflammation and pus, please see your gynecologist at the earliest.
It could be anything from eczema to an abscess and might require medication/ surgery.
Do not ignore it .
