ok my baby brother is 2monthes and he is acting real fussy and made and he breaths loud and his nose keeps hetting cluged up what should i do

Tell your mom to take him to his pediatrician and get him examined.. its not good that he is having sounds in breathing. He will need to be examined, investigated and treated for any infection if found present.
