2 Tumors On Pituitary Gland, Low Thyroid, Low Growth Hormone, Severe Depression. Should I Go For Surgery ?
i have 2 tumors on my pituitary gland i have very low growth hormone and low thyroid. my body is out of control .i have cortisol check that was negative but i have some of the symptom .my doctors said i have other abnormities because of my hormones.i am on growth hormone and low thyroid meds.i don't feel balanced. should i have surgery to remove my tumors. i am suffering so bad that i hardly leave the house. my skin has rashes acne hair falling out and sever depression. i have no life. please help me
in case of pituitary gland tumors most cases are prolactimona which responds will to medical treatment , bout other tumors of the pituitary usually responds will to surgical intervention. i can not tell you to go into surgery just by reading your question and answering it . it would be wise if you can contact an experienced neurosurgeon on the subject and he will be able to more difinite about it. please contact your doctor and get help hoping to gain your previous life back , and looking for answers is a great thing you did . get help and get better.
