2 Weeks Ago I Was Experiencing Dizziness, My Left Eye

2 weeks ago i was experiencing dizziness, my left eye felt like it was going to pop out of its socket, i felt like i was in a fog and my hands and feet were heavy. i went to the doctor and my blood pressure was 187/110. they told me i had a sinus infection and sent me home. i have changed my diet but i still feel the chest pain and fog and some dizziness. they put me on sudafed and amoxicillon. should i be worried?
