2 Weeks Late Periods, Cramping, Spotting. Have Tubal Done. Negative Pregnancy Tests. Tubal Pregnancy? Suggestions?

I have been 2 wks late on my period and had a tubal done 3 yrs ago..had some cramping but nothin major and a little fullness.I just started spottin blood after I go 2 the bathroom but only small amount after I wipe, that only happened 2 times so far. took a pregnancy urine test it came up neg, I also just don't feel rite but also worried it could b a tubal pregnancy, should I go get blood work done or what do u suggest next??thank u

this can be anovulatory period,so get it confirmed by sonography.see,if ovulatory problem isnot there to conceive.
