20 Days Ago, I Had A Small Wound In My

20 days ago, I had a small wound in my urethra just below the head of the pnis. It was a small tear wich got infected, but all healed nice and well after a doc gave me Ibuprofen EG and Ciprofloxacine Sandoz. It's healed very well but it seemd to have done something to my penis.

My penis became very very sensitive now. Contracting muscles in the pelvic-area or butt causes me to feal "pleasure" and give me an erection. Even stranger is that while peeing, I feel extreme pleasure and start to get an erection during, or after peeing. I even had a near-orgasm by just going to the toilet, just having to pee. It is very annoying since I have no control over this.

Normal sex got multiple times more intense aswell, wich is a positive, I suppose.

Normally I would asume a wound, and especially one that got infected, would cause more scar-tissue and make those area's less sensitive. But for me, it seems like my penis became Over-sensitive.
