What Causes Persistent Mild Headache And Weakness Even After Malaria Treatment, Antibiotics, And Supplements?

20 days ago i had high fever and headache with weakness..due to strike in raj all pvt hospital was shutdwn after 15 days strike was over and i went to physican ..i done mutiple test cbc ,s creatine,blood sugar all fine but in lft test sgot 53 ,sgpt 43 and biliburan 1.8...and in urinalysis test protein trace ,erthyolyts 3-4...so doc gave me maleria injection 3 dose and antibiotics and liver syrup... after 5 day i went to dr ,i had weakness dizzyness,fatigue headache so he suggest me glucose and ors for 15 days ,vit d3 and bcomplex ...so its is maleria / jaundice, hepatitis or anemia...i still had mild headache and weakness.
