20 Years. Erection Problem, Losing Erection Quickly. Healthy Lifestyle. Guide

Im 20 years old and a college student. I work out, eat healthy. I have had a girlfriend for 2 months and have been erection problems with her over the past few weeks. But I have already had sex with her a few times so I know its not being scared. But it seems to not be as hard as it should. Now it is alot easier getting it up when we have been drinking...but i seem to lose my erection rather quickly, especially when putting on the condom.

Hello,
Thanks for choosing health care magic for posting your query.
The problem you are describing is very commonly seen in your age group. Alcohol obviously is not a solution. It reduces anxiety and hence improves your erection but in long run will reduce the erectile strength.
You symptoms are probably not organic but have a significant anxiety component. I understand that you eat healthy and also workout regularly. Consider doing a long foreplay before you go ahead with the actual erection. Also consider doing some relaxation exercises like slow breathing or aroma therapy before you go ahead with sex.
If it still doesn't improve then you need to visit a psychiatrist/sexologist to get assessed for any underlying depression.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
