20 Yr Old. Diagnosed With Emphysema. Lungs Black. Ovaries Bleeding Internally. Excruciating Pain. Solution?

hello... Recently i have been diagnosed with emphysema. I am 20 years old. My mother has had it for years too. I compared her scans to mine, and have found my lungs are blacker than hers. I have smoked for 8 years, and my mother heavily for 40. What does emphysema do to people of my age? and why is my worse than my mothers. We both have dark patches, and my mother has a spot on her lung, I am starting to form one. Its really worrying, and in Australia i just dont have to money to seek advice here?

Also i have a hemeraging ovary, and told its bleeding internally, but because im only 20 noone will touch me and fix it. I looked this up online and found on numerous sites that it need immediate surgery. The pain is excrutiating and causes me too bleed often. what can be done? Im so scared of all thats happening, and noone will fix anything, because im told i am too young. I cannot live with the pain any longer...
