21 Year Old With Erectile Dysfunction After Taking Weight Gaining Supplements. What To Do?

Hello, I am a 21year old male. I am facing Erection problem. I have been masturbating for a long time now maybe 5 year. I used to masturbate atleast a week. But I used to do it till I ejaculate more than 8 times. I have take some weight gainer supplements too. I am very worried. I have a huge life ahead. I get morning erections but they are not as strong as they used to be. Please help me.

Hello dear,

Regarding the problem of Erectile dysfunction, it is due to decreased blood supply to the penis.
However, the reason for erectile difficulty in your case is likely due to inadequate stimulation & the sense of guilt of masturbation.

There are medications that increase blood flow to penis & maintains erection.
Performance can also be improved by having a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts & honey.

Avoid stress...practice meditation..this helps in improving concentration & builds up the confidence level.
Avoid smoking & alcohol.
You can also do oil massage of the penis...it increases blood flow & maintains the erection.

Despite these measures, if you experience difficulty, it will be better to rule out other causes like high blood pressure, blood sugar and other local causes that impair blood flow to the genital organ.
