Hi ,
You are 21 years and scared for weight gain, You are prescribed fludac 20mg, and asked to increase to 40 after 15 days, of course you can continue medicines, but main thing is diet reduction, and sleep reduction.
Avoid taking fatty foods, oily foods, junk foods, and spicy foods.
Thank you.
