hi,
painless contractions can be seen in pregnancy which are caused braxton-hicks contractions there are normal,
but as you are having contractions much frequently,
and mainly as you are having history of leakage of clear fluid you have to visit your doctor as early as possible to rule out the possibility of premature rupture of membranes which can lead to intrauterine infection, preterm delivery etc.
take care.
