23 Years Old With Severe Hair Loss. Tried Vitamin Supplements. Have Congenital Temporal Triangular Alopecia. Any Remedy?

i m 23yr old.I am loosing more than 100hairs daily since 6yrs.My hair thickness has been reduced to less than 1/6th.I have tried so many home remedies and used vitamine supplements but no use.i also have congenital temporal triangular alopecia.It is becoming difficult to cover that area with the hair i have left.Plz suggest me what to do

The condition can be androgenetic alopecia, hormonal hair loss etc.
It needs systematic evaluation like hormonal levels of testesterone,thyroid hormones etc.
You need to visit a qualified dermatologist for proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment.You will need a more than vitamin supplements for treatments.Copper peptides ,saw palmetto, mesotherapy are newer effective option for hair loss.
Discuss the options with your dermatologist.
