25 Year Old With Vertigo And Lightheadedness. Done ECHO And Holter Monitor. Severe Fatigue. Concerned

Hi I'm a 25 yo female with persistent vertigo and lightheadedness. I also have Marian's. my WBC are high and I have to get retested next week. I had an echo and wore a halter monitor but haven't gotten results back. Symptoms are getting worse and fatigue is increasing. I was given Dramamine for vertigo but it exhausts me.

Hi

Vertigo can have many causes like iron-deficiency, electrolyte deficiency, low salt diet, inner ear conditions, cervical spine deformities, etc.

So you may need to be tested for many conditions before you can arrive at a diagnosis.

Mostly if the cause is found and treated, then you will find relief. Otherwise, you may need to become accustomed to vertigo and take precautions as to not fall down. Do not make sudden movements of the head. Take up a job that does not involve dealing with heavy machinery.
