25 Yrs Old Felt Pain In Testis Regularly. What To Do ?

I am 25 yrs old, while playing cricket I got hit by a speeding ball on my testis about 3 months back. till now i did not consult any doctor, i fell pain in my testis regularly, but there is no swelling. please tell me what to do.

Even slight injury or hit to testicles may cause infection or atrophy and impotence
in the future.
