The possibility of a normal vaginal delivery depends on several factors like the fetal position at the time of delivery, the progress of labor, the maternal condition and so on. It can be predicted by an examination at term. The cause of your dizziness could be due to the low blood pressure which is normal during the second trimester; hypoglycemia early in the morning can also be accounted for. You can take electrolytes and glucose to avoid dizziness; anemia also can lead to similar symptoms and if present, should be corrected.
