27 Year Old Having Fluctuating Thyroid Levels, PCOS. Pregnancy Complications?

hello doctor , my thyroid levels are always fluctuating,i have irregular period, i am 27 yr-old ,indian female, height is 5.18 inch,weight is 63kgs, i also have mild PCOD , i want to become pregnant but my thyroid levels are always fluctualting...plz suggest me the right dosage for me.these are my previous reports deatils of past 1 year 4months 50 2 months 75 2 months 100 3 months 88 2 months 75 Now 88 4/6/2011 20/10/11 15/11/11 3/1/2012 3/3/2012 5/5/2012 30/5/2012 4/8/12 TSH 4.32 39.54 13.33 11.52 0.25 0.16 0.24 12. Hi,

There could be fluctuation in thyroid function. Most common cause being you not taking the medications in correct way. All the medications has to be taken in empty stomach and you should take nothing but water for next hour.

If you are still having fluctuating TSH values, consult a physician and adjust the dose.
