Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Hypertension in young age needs extensive investigations to exclude treatable / secondary causes.

Muscle pain is likely from local causes - like muscle injury / nerve irritation from spine.
There could also be systemic reasons like electrolyte changes (eg. Potassium) / which could be from the drugs you are taking.

An EKG and lab tests are in order.
See your doctor and get examined first.

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
