29 Weeks Pregnant, High Blood Pressure, Kidneys Positioned One Behind The Other. Treatment?

my wife is in 29 week of pregnancy. Her systolic blood pressur is touching 155-160 these days and to the surprise diastolic BP is constant at 80 as learnt from constant readings of BP spread over period of two to three months. Another feature which require mention that her both the kidneys are on one side and are positioned one behind the other.

high systolic blood pressure with normal diastolic pressure is also considered as having hypertension.
it is particularly important in pregnancy.
it is an integral part of pre eclampsia.
it should be treated properly.
the abnormal position of the kidney is congenital & in that case it is not the cause of hypertension.
