29 Year Old, Want To Increase Height. Will Power Capsule Prove Beneficial?

Hi , My name is viral & age 29 yr, height 5 4 , weight 68 Kg. i read more power capsule for gaining height till to 35 yr. i called to helpline no, asked queries & they responded very satisfied answers. Now i little bit confuse, that should i take capsule to gain height on this age? if height will not be increase after taken capsule it is not mind but medicines will not get any side effect on my body. what is your openion ?

Hi,
It is not possible to increase height at this age.
If capsules is from Alopathy medicines then by knowing its ingredients one can say about its safety.
But if it is from other pathies it is difficult to say about safety as its contents are not known and if known there is no proven safety established.

Height of a person increases when his bone length increases. Muscle helps in structure and posture.

Bone fuzing and lengthening process starts at birth and and continues upto the age of around 23 and then stagnates. There are no scientific proof available that medicine can increase height.

There are some medical illness condition which makes a human being grow throughout his life time.

My sincere advice would be, don't loose your hard earned money through quacks. Improve your posture, walk erect, sleep erect and be happy.
