3 Days Pregnant. Having Brownish Discharge With Mild Backache. On Rest. Can I Walk Around A Bit?

hi I am 28 & 3days preg.I had small pink bleeing 2 days before,I went to the hosp ,everything is good,u/sound shows baby is doing & moving well.could it be because I walk a lot??I am still having brownish discharge with only mild backache ,they put me on rest for 2 weeks ( no work) can I do house jobs & walk around little bit?

its better to have rest.....only you can go to washroom....start taking micronised progesterone tablets 200 mg a day....no house job...you can walk a little bit....
