3 Lumps In Breast. Ultrasound Done. Family History Of Cancer. Advice?

HI I am a 29 year old female. I have found three lumps in my left breast. I went to the er to get checked and they stated that I did indeed have three lumps. I called the hospital back on a Monday was seen by a nurse yesterday, who also stated that I have three lumps. So I had to go back today to get an ultrasound done, and the dr came in right after the tech was done, and told me to hold my arms up and he felt of my breasts and stated that they both felt the same and he didn't feel the knots in my left breast and walked out? I still fell them and they do not move. cancer is very strong in my family, and I was thinking maybe I should get a second opinion.
