30 Weeks Pregnant, Squeezing Pain In Ear, Pain In Left Arm And Chest. Having Triple Bypass. Heart Attack?

I'm 30 weeks pregnant history of grampa having a triple bypass. My left now and ear have pain in it like a squeezing pain. Sometimes I get some pain in my left arm and tingling and prickly feeling in like my collar bone area and every once in a while sharp pains in my chest. Could this be a heart attack. BTW only 19 years old

Hi, you are 30 weeks pregnant, so due to the stretch of the abdomen there will be some difficulties in the body, and stomach. causing different pains and gastric pain radiating to the chest. The ear pain etc may be due to some infection, So to be on safe side consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. Thank you.
