Hi doctor I am a furniture removalist very fit and healthy non smoker and only occasional drinker of alcohol. I've just turned 30 and I am experiencing some sharp pains in my lower abdomen all across and also occasional pain in my lower back and what I can only describe as a feeling of swollen kidneys. When I was young I had IBS very bad and all the way till 24 it never got much better but the last few years have been a massive improvement. I'm wondering is my lower back and abdomen pain associated with my job sometimes I have to lift very heavy furniture upstairs and sometimes when carrying heavy boxes they are pinned very tight into my abdomen.
