32 Weeks Pregnant With Grade4 Placenta Previa. Had Bleeding Previously. Had Loop Biopsy On Cervix. Having Lower Abdominal Pain, Backpain.

i am 32 weeks pregnant with grade 4 placenta previa i had a large bleed at 24 weeks and had a loop biopsy on my cervix when i was early pregnancy and didnt know i was in triage at hospital yesterday as i have lower abdominal pain and lower back pain but today i am experiencing brownish discharge. they said i had a urine infection yesterday and put me on antibiotics i need some advice please

Hello!
For every episode of bleeding you should consult with your doctor because in this gestational age the preparatory contraction are more often and the bleeding can be more severe.
This pain can be from infection or labor pain and in this way you should monitor because PP complicates with prematur labor.
