33 Year Old, Trying For Second Child. Missed Period With Negative HPT. Reason?

Hi,
I am 33 year old and mother of 5 year old daughter. We are trying for a second child for the last 01 year. My thyroid, sugar and husband's semen analysis etc are normal. My periods were normal till May 13 which was delayed by one month later on. Now also my last periods was on 17 Jul 13 and 04 Pregnancy test shows negative. Please advice what could be going on .......

Hello,

Reasons are stress, ovarian cyst, pelvic infection, hormonal imbalance, over wt etc. Kindly consult with gynecologist and proceed USG scan & hormone test for proper management.
