33 Yrs Old And Still Not Pregnant. Please Advice.
i had periods for two days full bleeding third day morning to evening no bleeding evening slightly bleeding and fourth day onwards no periods and i am now 33 years old and not pregnatn still

Hi Rajini, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Since how long have you been trying to conceive? Have you put on weight recently? Are your Periods regular? If you have got your Periods, then there is no way you can be Pregnant. If you are planning to conceive, have unprotected sex every alternate day starting from 10th to 20th day of your cycle. If you have been trying it for a year, you and your husband should get evaluated by a Gynecologist. Ask your husband to get his Semen analysis done and you should be getting a Ultrasound and Blood Work up done to rule out if you have PCOS or Hypothyroidism. The treatment will depend upon the cause. Exercise regularly, eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Maintain a Healthy weight. Go for regular follow up.
