34 Years Old With Heavy Bleeding During Period. Want Some Ayurvedic Medicine
My age about 34 years. weight 80 kgs. My menstrual cycle has not stopped now since the beginning of last two months. Some days its lighter then my 'normal cycle' was but most days its average to heavy in comparison. There is heavy to light clotting once or twice a week but it is normal to my cycle when it isn’t non stop. Pls choose the medicines in ayurveda.

According to Ayurveda heavy ,less or irregular menstruation is called Rajodosha
to overcome it,
you can take tb. chandraprabha vati 2tbs twice a day
gokshrudi guggulu 2 tbs twice a day.
dashmoolarishta/ashokarishta 2 tsf twice a day with water.
also,try to loose weight,take regular exercise(mild), do pranayam,dhyan,avoid tensions,
this will help to maintain your body and mind calm and sound.
also, avoid amla (sour) & katu(spicy) rasatmak aahar.

this condition is termed as Metrorrhagia, and it amy be due to endometriosis , uterine fibroids , and rarely malignant cause , or due to trivial cause like commencement of menopause
so it would be better for you to visit nearby gynecologist and not to start any medicine empirically

1. at this age first rule out any thyroid problem and consult with your gynecologist who might go with P.V. examination and USG to rule out abnormalities of uterus.
2. go for Hb%,WBC, Bleeding disorder profile, serum T3,T4,TSH.
3. Lodhra assav 20 ml
Patrang assav 20 ml mix and take thrice a day.
4. Pushyanug churan 5gm with Darvyiadi kwath thrice a day.
5. get your appointment with gynecologist regarding the same.

In Ayurveda,
Take Ashoka arishtam 30 ml daily.
Take Point capsules 2 times a day.
