36 Weeks Pregnant, Brown Mucus Discharge, Nausea, Cramping, Pain In Stomach, Lightheaded. Early Labor?

I am 36 weeks pregnant and I just went to my ob appointment Wednesday she checked me and I was dilated to a 2 and 50% effaced. Since she has done that I had more mucus discharge that was really thick and brown, and feeling like I can hardly move without hurting. Today I have been lightheaded, nauseated, cramping in my lower abdomen some, back aches, and sharp pains throughout my stomach followed with tightness in the upper part of my stomach but not the lower part.. Could this be early labor?

hi there, what you are describing is sounds like show or the mucus plug which is present at the mouth of the cervix and is usually the first sign of being in labour. Your pains are also suggesting that you may be in labour.Kindly visit the hospital and get yourself examined and accordingly do the needful. Take care.
