36 Yo Otherwise Fit And Healthy Female, Sudden Onset (middle

36 yo otherwise fit and healthy female, sudden onset (middle of night) of upper abdominal pain and severe nausea, no vomiting, unable to ingest water without pain. Bloodwork only shows elevated lipase. Not a drinker (2-4 per month), strict healthy diet of lean meats and veggies, avid exerciser. Pain was accompanied by low grade fever (100.4), migrated to back, white tongue with ulcers. Pain comes in waves, still present after 3 nights. Nausea has mostly subsided and can tolerate toast. Could this be acute pancreatitis? No gallbladder - removed 10+ years prior. CT scan did not show tumor.
