39 Weeks Pregnant Head Not Engaged
I m 39 weeks on tuesday and my baby is still high and free and not even begun to engage yet. I want to have normal delivery...........What all things I need to do for the Delivery. Will I need a Caesarean?

aim of pregnancy & delivery is to have both mother & baby in normal health and fine condition .you can do nothing to make the fetal head engaged.It will engage by it self. caesarean is not a big thing .

The mode of delivery depends on relation between baby head&mother's pelvis. Normally in 1st pregnency, head gets engaged in pelvis by28th wk. In your case it's not engaged till39th wk. this reveals that either baby's head ,it's position or mother's pelvis are not sufficient.
there hardly anything one can do at this time. just wait &watch-fortunately head may engage after you start getting labor pains,giving a chance of normal delivery!it's possible though rare.
In such condition LSCS is needed mostly
One can continue to have walk for 45 mts &hope for ND
