41 y/o male. 3 weeks ago I had a dizzy spell and sudden onset bilateral resting tremors in both hands. Right hand is more progressive than left. Went to GP who ordered 4 test (CBC, Thyroid were 2 of them). My BP was 150/90, a few months earlier at my annual exam it was 117/80. All blood work came back fine. My GP referred me to a neurologist. The neurologist found things consistent with Parkinson's but said it was too early to tell and ordered a doppler ultrasound, EEG and MRI. The only issue found is panasinusitis. I don't feel like I have a sinus infection. No fever, no drainage, no pain, etc. I have other symptoms and these have been occurring for over a year.. I smell smoke when there isn't any. Sometimes the smoke smell hinders my ability to talk. I get very specific points of a sharp, burning pain that doesn't last long. Sometimes this pain causes a jerk in a different body part. At night as I fall asleep I often have some kind of jerk/seizure/tremor. My follow up with the neurologist is 6 weeks out so my questions are - could I have "moderate to severe panasinusitis" and not know it? Could this be causing all of my symptoms or there possibly multiple issues at play?
