45yrs, Female, 5 '7, 245 Lbs, Last Doctor Visit I

45yrs, female, 5 '7, 245 lbs, last doctor visit I was told I have right branch blockage so I havent learnt much about it. Was sitting here in quiet cool room and my heart beat started going fast, hard and feeling strange but no pain. The strange feeling in heart went away after about a minute & it doesnt feel like my heart is going to jump out of my chest - currently my pulse rate is108. Is this possibly my heart skipping a beat and trying to get back in synch? That was scary.

Nevermind, I thought I saw that it was free to ask question when I did the search. I can hardly pay my rent and bills.. I'll just wait and see what happens next and call doctor or 911 if it happens again.
