47 Yr Old Female With A History Of Systematic Lupus,

47 yr old female with a history of systematic lupus, vasulitis, I haven't had a period in 10 years due to cytoxin treatments. I have right lower pelvis pain ( appendicis removed at age 17) worsening over 6 wks, my upper right groin and thigh are very painful lots of bloating and trouble sleeping because of the pain, also I have pain in my lower back. could this be caused by medications? Made a Gyn appt, but don't want to rush to another dr if it could be gi related because of my meds for lupus, prednisone, cellcept, plaqunil
