5 Months Pregnant, Pain In Left Lower Side Of Abdomen In The Evening, At Night. Suggestions?

Hello doctor, my wife is in 5th month of pregnancy. She is 24 years old, weighs 50kg (now after 5 months of pregnancy), her height is 5 2 , she is not working and we are pure vegeterians. My question : From last week, she is experiencing pain in the left lower abdomen during evening and night. any reasons for this? Thank you in advance

well your doubt is reasonable,Occasional abdominal discomfort is a common pregnancy complaint, and while it may be harmless, it can also be a sign of a serious problem. (Severe or persistent abdominal pain should never be ignored.)
just take an usg first, follow up with the report,its easy and reliable method,it wont have any radiational harm to baby
well anoop,the alaraming signs you should have to bother in pregnancy are
1 An increase in vaginal discharge or a change in the type of discharge (if it becomes watery, mucus-like, or bloody – even if it's just pink or tinged with blood)
2Vaginal spotting or bleeding
3 Abdominal pain, menstrual-like cramping, or more than four contractions in one hour (even if they don't hurt)
4 An increase in pressure in the pelvic area
5 Low back pain, especially if you didn't previously have back pain
additionally,you have to know the weight gains during pregnancy,
A woman who was average weight before getting pregnant should gain 25 to 35 pounds after becoming pregnant. Underweight women should gain 28 to 40 pounds.
