5 Year Old Having Watering From The Eyes. Have Vision Problem. Does She Have Long Vision Or Near Vision? Need Glasses?

Dear Doctor, My daughter is 5 and half years old, from last one week, some times water coming from one eye, i did checkup with one Opthamalogist, after checking she said her spherical power is 0 but cylender power is -2.25 but she suggest to wear power -1.75 and 180 Axis, in another eye spherical same 0 and Cylender power is -1.25 and 10 Axis. Doctor i want to know that exactly what will be the problem she will face with this powers, i mean what she can exactly feel difficult to see (near vision or long vision), and exactly what is the precausions we have to take with her, specially at school time & watching television or any other gadges. and is it compulsary to wear glasses, if yes minimum how many hours she need to wear glasses.
