55 Year Old, Bleeding For 90 Days, Had 300 Days Bleeding Earlier. Taking Camila, Provera. 6 Fibroids In Scan. Recommendations?

I am 55 years old and have been bleeding for 90 days. The Dr. have put me on Camila and Provera because prior to this I was bleeding for 300 days, my doctor asked me after one year of not bleeding to get off the Camila and Povera and after 4 months started bleeding again. I had an Ultrasound done and they found six golf size fibroids. I have no medical insurance. What do you recommend?

Hello
Thanks for your query.
Ideally, you can continue the medical treatment.
After menopause, fibroids generally shrink.
If the fibroids do not respond to medical treatment, then hysterectomy is the only option ahead.
Take care.
