55 Yrs. Night Sweats, Low Libido, Dry, Dark Spots On Skin. Detected Solid Left Ovary With Mass. Missed Periods For 7 Yrs. Suggest
Thank you I am 55 and have not had a cycle in 7 years but nite sweats input crabby low libido. With that said I I had drops of blood my primary sent me to a oncologist gynocologist and he he found a solid left ovary with mass. I had the davici treatment 7 weeks ago no one has said hormones. But I feel my skin changing dry, dark spots, acne and lost that loving feelin bad. What should I do?
Hi and thanks for the query, I do think it comes back to the oncologist to take appropriate decision. The drugs you are taking could cause skin changes. However, hormonal levels and a proper assessment needs to be made to ensure that the tumor has not spread. I suggest an abdominal ultrasound and CT scan. A complete by your oncologist is important. These should be associated to the tumor secreting certain substances. Kind regards
