6 Week Old Grand Baby Fell Off Bed Onto Tile

6 week old grand baby fell off bed onto tile floor. My daughter said he slipped down, not sure how he landed, but was on his side and quiet. Had to shake him to get him to jolt awake, then he cried. Pupils are normal and reactive, he has no obvious bruises or bumps on his head or body, moves normal, breathing is normal, fed well, is sleepy, but it's 4 am and he usually goes to sleep after his bottle. Should we take him in anyway, or just keep checking him. Worried because of no crying when he hit.
