6 Weeks Have Past Now ..the First 2 Weeks On

6 weeks have past now ..the first 2 weeks on no medication with symptoms of acid reflux,fatigue,pain under right ribcage like a ache .. i went to see my doctor after 2 weeks and he put me on Ranitidines for the 4 weeks after the ache under right ribcage moved through my chest upwards and to my shoulder blade down my arm to my forearm and felt like a lump in forearm then after 1 hour past to my right hand ..pins n needles to finger tips for 5 mins ..When i move my right arm over to leftside i feel an ache in shoulder blade and its as if something pushing a upperabdomen in centre just below ribcage ..Acid reflux come back but nowere near as bad as first 2 weeks so i went to chemist to buy some indegestion medicine to control it ..only symptoms im left with is tiredness..ache in shoulder and upper abdomen when moving right arm over to the left side and a pulling sensation in right shoulder ..Any help doctor would be appreciated ..seeing my doctor wednesday..feeling concerned belching was a symptom too
