6 Year Old Started Sunday Afternoon With 99.8 Fever And

6 year old started Sunday afternoon with 99.8 fever and sleeping in the afternoon for 2 hours which is not normal for her at all....ran fever around 99.8 til 3:30 yesterday then went to 101.5. we continued alternating ibuprofen and Tylenol every 4 hours. This morning her fever was 98.7, stayed at 98.7 and kept her on Tylenol and ibuprofen all day and at 6 tonight she has a fever of 102.0...does of Tylenol brought if down to 100.6 at 6:30, but she wont be going to school again tomorrow. She says nothing else hurts...ears, throat head. I'll call doctor in the morning again or should she been seen by Urgent care?
