7 Months Pregnant, Corn On Soles Of Feet, Removed Surgically, Recurring. Suggestions?

My wife is 7 months pregnant. She was diagnosed a corn on the sole of right feet in the 2nd month of pregnancy. She used corn caps till the 2nd trimester. In the fourth month we got that corn excised & the corn developed again at the same site after 15 days. we again got it excised. the corn has appeared again. What do we do?
