7 Weeks Post Partum. Did Sitting And Walking. Have Ankles Pain And Red Spot On It. Suggest?

I am about 7 weeks post partum. This past weekend I went on a road trip, I did a lot
Of walking but also a lot of sitting.

On Saturday I notices my ankle hurt, it's my left ankle on the outerside kind of towards the front. There is a red spot that is hot to touch, it's not very hot, but noticably hotter than the other ankle. I also keep getting a throbbing pain in my ankle. I M freaking out that its a blood clot. I am trying to rationalize it out but I can't.

Hi, it appears to be the sting of some insects or some thing of that sort. there is a possibility of accumulation of pus over there and may need an incision and drainage of pus if if left like that.
So i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
so that you may get relief of the symptoms my medicines only. Thank you.
