75 Years. Urinalysis Showed 1+ Number In Blood. On Armour For Thyroid, Estradiol 0.05 Patch. Glucose Number 101, Creatinine 0.94. Little Overweight. Explain

I am a 75 year old woman. I recently had a urinalysis performed and it showed a 1+ number in blood, What does this indicate. I have never had this happen and I have yearly tests made. I am taking Armour 60 mg for my thyroid and
Estradiol 0.05 patch once weekly. My comp. Metabolic Panel fasting also an issue. The glucose number was 101 and the Creatinine was 0.94. My concern is Diabetes, which my sister was recently diagnosed with. I am a little overweight at 145, and am 5'2". I am active, walking a couple of miles a day and I feel well. This physical scares me. Please give me any insight you may suspect.

Hello,

Your blood sugar value and creatinine are within the normal range.
You need not worry about diabetes with this value.

Your urine analysis indicates presence of RBC in urine.
In normal circumstances RBC is not present in urine.
This is called Hematuria(Presence of blood in urine).
The commonest cause is Urinary tract infection.
Consult your doctor.
