78 Year Old White Female Very Good Health Very Smart,

78 year old white female very good health very smart, sudden onset of continous talking, nervousness, aggravated, paranoia, elevated heart rat and blood pressure. in hospital for two week now.....meds that were given are now taken away, trying to help patient rest at night hopping it clears up cognative function. all mris are ok, no stroke, heart test are good blood work good,,,,no signs of bipolar disorder or mania,,,,,,,,,she talks all the time and gets aggravated at herself because she cant slow down..........what happened!
