8 Days DPO, Intense Stabbing Pains On Left Side Of Lower Abdomen, Dizzy. Anything To Worry ?

Hi, I m 8 days DPO and since yesterday, have had intermittent but very intense (causing me to yell out at times) fleeting stabbing pains on the left side of my lower abdomen . Today I have had a few dizzy spells. We are trying for a baby, and I normally get my period 10 days post- ovulation . Is this anything to worry about?

Hi,
This could be pre menstrual pain. Its may occur from person to person. You may very well get your period soon. Wait and see of you miss your period. If you are delayed by a week, take a test immediately.
