82 Yr Old, Suffering From Dizziness, Headache. No Help With Medicines. Cause?

My 82 yr. old mother has been suffering with dizziness and a headache for the last 5 days. She went to the ER yesterday and they did a heart work up and everything was fine. The gave her medication that was suppose to help with the dizziness but it didn t help at all. What could be causing this....she is really feeling poorly?
