9 Weeks Pregnant, Suffering From Severe Acidity, Headache. Taking Paracetamol, Mucain Gel. Advice Safe Medicine During Pregnancy?

Hello doctor. I am in my 9th week and having severe acidity n headache since yday. I have taken paracetamol 500mg 6hourly which has given me temporary relief but due to acute acidity headache is coming back again. I have been taking digeine and mucain gel but no relief. Could you advise safe medicine for acute acidity in pregnancy?

Thanks for writing to us.
You should consult a gynaecologist for your acidity and take medication accordingly.
You should drink a lot of water, eat non-spicy food, frequent small meals at short interval.
