A Brownish Goop In The Skin Around The Nipple. What Could It Be ?
Hi, After I got out of the shower today I went to put on my bra and I saw that there was something in my nipple area, not in my nipple but in the area around it. I went to pull it out, it was in the skin and it was a brownish goop, I was wondering what it was? It has been four years since my last physical, so I don t really know what it could be.

It can be any benign skin lesion or skin infection. It doesnt sound serious but if there is pain,rapid growth or swelling around it you should visit doctor for further tests. If there is any doubt about malignancy,then biopsy should be performed and sent to analysis.
